It is our honor to publish our first DOTA Newsletter in January 2015. We got excited first, to have our website up and running on a more efficient and up to date operating system on Gods Blogs. As the founder of DOTA, anticipates something good coming our way because I believe God will use this site for His glory. At present, DOTA is in the process of inviting new authors to join this venture. As the founder of this website, I have a great hope that it will expand its horizon of influence among young women who would give their lives for the extension of His Kingdom.
DOTA stands for Daughters Of The Almighty. It is my heart wish to see a group of Christian women who would write for God. As I am now finding it not that easy as I initially thought. We need God’s specific calling on this venture. I am praying for God to show me His direction for this venture. Nonetheless, I’m excited about the future of DOTA. I hope you will come along and support us as a prayer partner, or even come aboard and be an author if you believe God is calling you to do likewise.
As a young woman looking for a good role model to guide her life, it is DOTA’s heart beat to lead by not just our words, but also by our lives. We hope to inspire you through our thoughts and lives to walk closely with God and to fulfill His calling in your life. Following God’s path isn’t the easiest path for you to take, but in the end, it is the only path that leads to eternal life. There are many challenges in our lives, many distractions that take our eyes away from focusing on our Lord Jesus Christ. That is why we need to understand the Word of God (Bible), let God’s Word transforms our lives. It is a daily battle to walk right with Him, but God says: ” The battles belong to Him.” Our tasks and responsibilities is to simply: “ Trust and Obey! ” We hope this challenged you to follow Jesus Christ with all your heart, mind and soul.
